What is Pepper’s Pack?

Pepper's Pack is a quarterly membership subscription created by dog lovers for the dog you love. It gives your pup the opportunity to try different toys and treats as well as other awesome benefits. You get your first pack as soon as you sign up and a pack each additional quarter that you are a member.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for Pepper’s Pack online or at a participating Lazy Dog restaurant. For online registration, visit pepperspack.com and select your membership type (quarterly or annual) and home restaurant location. Follow the checkout process to purchase your membership. If you’d like to purchase at the restaurant, let one of the Lazy Dog teammates know that you would like to sign up for Pepper’s Pack. they will gather the necessary information from you and take care of the rest!

When do my membership benefits start?

Your benefits start the day you sign up! You will be able to pick up your first pack, get $2 dog meals, and purchase Pepper’s Pack club merchandise as it becomes available the first day you join the club.

When do my membership benefits expire?

Your benefits expire at the end of the last quarter for which you have made payment. For example, if you sign up in July, your benefits will expire Sept 30. If you sign up on Oct 27th, your benefits will expire Dec 31st.

I received a Gift Membership. How do I redeem it?

Visit here for directions on how to redeem your gift. Your secret gift code can be found on the email, physical card or print out that the gift giver sent you. Your membership is not active until you redeem your gift code.

What is included in my play pack?

Each play pack is designed around a unique theme + will include 2 toys, 2 treat bags, and 1 tennis ball 

What are the other member benefits?

•$2 dog meals for dine-in or take-out*

• Takeout discount - members receive 10% off their takeout orders when ordering online with us. A monthly code will be emailed out at the beginning of each month

• Priority Seating - members can put their name on their Priority Seating list when there is a wait at their restaurant.

* Available for dine in or take out in all locations except for Peachtree Corners, GA. Only available for take-out in Allen, TX. Benefit allows 2 dog meals per visit. 

 

How do I get a $2 dog meal?

You can start getting $2 dog meals for your pup the first day that you join the program. Just tell your server that you are a member of Pepper’s Pack and give them either your member ID or phone number when you order. You can get $2 dog meals at any Lazy Dog location that serves dog meals. 

How many $2 dog meals can I get per visit?

You can purchase up to two $2 dog meals (dine-in or takeout) at each visit. Please note for Allen, TX dog meals are only for take-out. And $2 dog meals are not available in Peachtree Corners, GA due to local laws.

Can I take $2 dog meals to go?

You can take up to two $2 dog meals to go at each visit. F

What are the ingredients in the treat bags?

When I signed up, I received a $35 code to apply to my Lazy Dog check. How does this work?

For a limited time, members receive $35 off their check when they sign up for Pepper's Pack. This 4-digit code will be in your Welcome email from us. Please show this to the server and they will take care of the rest. Note all Terms and Conditions: The $35 off coupon code is one-time use only for new members. All unused funds will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. One offer per member per table. Offer valid for dine-in and take out/curbside orders. Not valid for online or 3rd party web orders and not valid on retail items. Excludes tax and gratuity. Expires 90 days from sign up.

 

 

PAYMENT

How much does Pepper’s Pack cost?

A quarterly membership costs $35/quarter + tax. You will receive one play pack per quarter and be billed automatically the first of the next quarter. An annual membership costs $150/year + tax ($25 savings). You will prepay for the entire year and receive 5 play packs.

When will I be charged for the next quarter?

If you have a quarterly membership, you will be charged on the 1st day of each quarter that you are a member. Specifically, credit cards will be charged on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. If you are an annual member you will be charged on the 1st day of the 5th quarter that you are a member. All cancellations must be made 5 business days before the next charge. PICK UP

When do I get my first play pack?

You can pick up your first play pack at your home restaurant as soon as you sign up!

When do I pick up the next quarterly play pack release?

Quarterly releases occur in February, May, August, and November and will be available for a 21-day pickup window. You will receive an email from Lazy Dog / Pepper’s Pack when it is time to pick up your next quarterly play pack. 

What if I can’t pick up my play pack within the pickup window?

If you can’t pick up your play pack within the given time frame, please call your home restaurant and let a manager know when you are able to get your play pack and they will hold it for you. Additionally, if you would like someone else to pickup your play pack for you, call the restaurant with their information.

What are the participating restaurants?

All current Lazy Dog Restaurants are participating with the Pepper’s Pack club, except Peachtree, GA and Allen, TX. If you are a Pepper’s Pack member you can get your dog meal benefits at these Lazy Dog restaurants that serves dog meals on the patio.

What restaurants serve dog meals on the patio? All Lazy Dog restaurants serve dog meals on the Patio except for Allen, TX and Peachtree Corners, GA.

How do I get my quarterly play pack? We will send you an email letting you know when your play pack will be ready for pick up. You will pick up your play pack at your home restaurant. Just check in with the host and give them your member ID. 

Can I get my play pack shipped to me? Right now, we are not able to ship your play pack.

ACCOUNT / MISC.

How do I update my billing or account info?

Please send an email to help@pepperspack.com with your account update request. Please send from your registered Pepper’s Pack email and include your member ID if possible

What is a “home restaurant”?

When you sign up for Pepper’s Pack you must select a participating restaurant. This is where you will pick up your first play pack and future releases.

Can I change my home location?

Yes. If you would like to change your home restaurant, please email help@pepperspack.com 

What is the Pepper's Pack Digital Card?

The Pepper's Pack digital card provides you information about your membership, including your member ID and benefits. Once the card is downloaded to your phone wallet, you'll be able to better access membership information. Use the card to access your ID during pick ups or when using any of your other benefits offered as part of the membership.

If you are not able to download and save your membership card to the wallet, please check that you phone requirements meet the below guidelines:

Android: Lollipop 5.0 or higher
Apple: iOS 8.1 or higher

What is my member ID?

Your member ID is what you will use to redeem all your member benefits, including $2 dog meals and your play packs. Your member ID is located at the top of the Pepper’s Pack email we send you, next to your home restaurant.  You can also download the Pepper's Pack Digital Card to access your member ID.

I forgot my member ID, what do I do?

If you can’t located your member ID from past emails or the membership card downloaded to your wallet, please contact help@pepperspack.com

I have questions about the products in my play pack. Who do I contact?

We partner with high quality toy and treat companies to give you the best. We understand that specific product questions may come up. It is best to ask the product questions directly to our partners who produced and created the product. If you can't get a hold of them, please send us an email and we'll be happy to help.

I have a small/medium/large dog. Will the toys work for him/her?

The toys in our play packs are good for dogs of all sizes.

How do I cancel my account?

You may cancel your account in the customer portal in your renewal email or by contacting help@pepperspack.com. Cancelations must be made 5 days before renewals.
